We also offer Property Maintenance Contracts to keep your lighting and electrical systems functioning properly.  A Property Maintenance Contract can save you time and money.  We provide preventive maintenance and routine property walk-throughs to detect any problems as early as possible.  An electrical problem can start small and turn into an unsafe situation or possibly a fire hazard if left unattended.  Detecting and repairing a problem at an early stage can prevent a minor problem from turning into a major problem.

Listed below are some of the services we offer.  These can be easily adjusted to meet your needs and at a monthly cost to fit your budget.

Conduct daytime and darktime property checks (a minimum of twice a month).

  • Daytime walk-throughs allow us to visually check the condition of each fixture while maintaining your lighting system and the appearance of the property.
  • Darktime property checks are a way to easily see when fixtures are not working properly and offer many benefits.  Lighting systems for exterior lighting are controlled by Timers and/or Photocells.  When troubleshooting the lighting, especially on a new property, this ensures all power is reaching  the fixtures and a hidden photocell has not been missed. This also helps in locating dark spots on a property and ensures the lamp color/brightness of each fixture is maintained.

To ensure a safe installation and quality workmanship, all work performed meets the NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and regulations.

“Service Request”, “Quote Request” and “Project Info” is available on-line which can limit trips to the property therefore saving time and money. These requests can be used to report any lights/outlets that may not be working, or to request a quote for an upcoming project.
